According to ABC radio news, President Obama has decided not to take action on amnesty for illegal aliens (“immigration reform” in Left euphemism) until after the 2014 election. Of course, the reason he decided to wait was because some Democrat Senators up for reelection this year are scared silly that they will lose the election if MORE amnesty is implemented before the election. They think the American voter is TOO STUPID to realize there is no difference whether an illegal act is implemented before or after an election. It is still an illegal act that will do great harm to America!

4) Revive traditional GOD-given marriage. Throughout the history of man, marriage between one man and one woman has been the norm. The federal government has no constitutional authority to impinge upon the sovereignty of the States in relation to marriage. Texas must refuse to be bullied by the federal government in relation to its laws and its Constitution! As a member of Congress, I will work tirelessly to protect the sovereignty of Texas and other States.
First it was the murder of unborn/preborn babies. Now, it is a Leftist secular attack upon tradition marriage as established by GOD in the very beginning of recorded history. Marriage was established by GOD for the benefit of the father, the mother, and the ensuing children of the family as well as for the benefit of society. The United States Supreme Court illegally, immorally, and unconstitutionally ruled by judicial fiat that mothers had a now government sanctioned and ordained “right” to murder their own children in the womb in Roe v. Wade (Texas ~ 1973) and Doe v. Bolton (Georgia ~ 1973). Then, The United States Supreme Court illegally, immorally, and unconstitutionally ruled by judicial fiat that the sodomy law of Texas was a violation of Amendment XIV of the United States Constitution in Lawrence v. Texas (Texas ~ 2003). Today, lower federal courts, throughout the nation, are illegally, immorally, and unconstitutionally ruling by judicial fiat that State laws and State Constitutions that define marriage as being between a man and a woman only are invalid.
The federal courts have a long history of usurping its constitutional authority and imposing its own opinion in place of constitutional law. The second most disastrous decision of the Supreme Court was the Dred Scott Decision of 1857 which undid years of Congressional compromises in relation to slavery and was a major factor leading to the Civil War. The most disastrous decision was Roe v. Wade “legalizing” the murder of millions of unborn/preborn babies. And close behind is the current series of court actions elevating immoral sexual behavior into a “right” that supersedes the constitutionally protected right of religious freedom and usurps the sovereignty of every State.
The current court decisions in relation to homosexual behavior and homosexual faux “marriage” are the symptoms of the disease. The disease itself is the unconstitutional actions of federal courts that subvert the republic. Just as the Founding Fathers made provision for Congress to stop a lawless President, so too does the Constitution provide the means to rein in an out of control judiciary. Those means should be taken to prevent the redefinition of marriage by courts that do not have constitutional authority over States.
I pledge that I will work to stop the lawless activities of the federal courts in violation of the Constitution of the United States. I will use the constitutional powers given to Congress to thwart the attempts of the courts to change history and law in relation to homosexual behavior and faux homosexual “marriage.” I will work tirelessly to protect the sovereignty of Texas and other States.
